For ADHD brains

Meal prep your ADHD brain will actually finish.

Cook it once, in easy steps, then just open the fridge all week. No browsing, no quiz, no daily decisions about what to eat.

How it works

Four steps. No decisions. The whole week handled.

  1. 1

    Your recipes are dealt

Five recipes, dealt to you. No quiz, no preferences form, no choices to make. Don't like one? Reroll it. They're picked to work together and share ingredients.

  2. 2

    One list writes itself

All five recipes share ingredients, so the shopping list is shorter than you'd expect for five dinners. It generates itself, grouped by aisle.

  3. 3

    Cook it once

One afternoon. Cook the proteins, the grains, the sauces — all at once, in a phased plan with timings. Then portion it and put it away.

  4. 4

    Open the fridge. Eat.

The components recombine into five different dinners across the week. No daily decision about what to eat. Just open the fridge.

Zero daily decisionsFive different dinnersFresh recipes next week

Less deciding. More eating.

Every part of this is designed to remove a decision, not add one.

No browsing required

The decision is already made for you. No recipe rabbit holes, no endless scrolling.

Ingredients that talk to each other

Your recipes are picked to pull from the same core ingredients. Shorter list, less waste, one trip.

No quiz, no onboarding maze

No setup, no preference form, no questionnaire that takes longer than cooking. Show up, get your recipes.

Built for executive function

The system holds the structure so your brain doesn't have to. You just follow the steps.

Two modes, your pick

Go Japanese — a main, sides and a soup, the ichijū-sansai way — or high-protein batch-cook components. Same no-decisions flow either way.

Batch once, eat five ways

You're not cooking five meals. You're cooking components once and recombining them all week.

Real questions. Honest answers.

What if I don't like what I'm dealt?
Reroll it. Each card can be swapped for a different recipe.
Do I have to fill out a preference quiz?
No. There’s no quiz, no profile, no setup. You land, you get your recipes.
Do I need to sign up?
No account, no password. Getting your recipes and rerolling are free and anonymous — you just enter your email once to unlock your shopping list and cook plan.
Do I need to be a good cook?
No. Every recipe is rated Easy or Medium and the cook plan is step-by-step with timings.
How do the recipes share ingredients?
The app scores every possible combination on how much the recipes overlap, then gives you one that scores well. It's ingredient matching — nothing is generated, every recipe is a real one.
Will I eat the same thing every day?
No. That’s the point of the batch-cook model. You cook components once, then they recombine into five different dinners.
What if I get overwhelmed and don't cook?
Then you don’t cook, and you start fresh whenever you’re ready. Nothing tracks you, nothing breaks, there’s no streak to lose.
Is this a diet or weight-loss tool?
No. It shows calories because some people want them, but there are no targets, no logging, and no judgement.
What does it cost?
Nothing — it’s free. The only thing it asks for is your email, to unlock your shopping list and cook plan.

Dinner’s sorted. Start cooking.

Built for people who are exhausted by the decision of what to eat. Cook once, eat all week.
